This Privacy Policy explains how True Tech Professionals Private Limited handles personal information in connection with the TrueNorth marketing website at truenorth-ats.com (the “Site”) and demo requests. Personal data we process inside the TrueNorth products on behalf of our customers(e.g. candidate, contractor, and employee records) is processed as a processor under the customer's agreement and our Data Processing Addendum — not this policy.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit the demo or contact form: your name, work email, company, team size, and any message you include.
- Information collected automatically. Usage and device data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URLs, collected via cookies and similar technologies and our analytics provider.
How we use information
- Respond to demo and contact requests and communicate with you about them.
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to train third-party AI models.

We rely on your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and promoting our business, and steps taken at your request before entering an agreement.
Sharing and sub-processors

We operate in India and the United States. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) as required by applicable law.
Retention
We keep demo/contact information for as long as needed to respond and for our legitimate business records, then delete or anonymize it. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

Depending on where you live (e.g. under the EU/UK GDPR, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, or US state laws such as the CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or object to the processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent.
